Cereals, generated pulses, salads are life giving foods.
2. Dead Foods.
Fried, Frozen, tinned, Bread, Cake, Biscuits, Chocolate,
Processed Foods, Artificially Coloured, Refined.
3. Animal Products
These types of Foods are bad for digestion and are harmful
for digestive system. Non – vegetarian diet provides
excessive amounts of proteins to the body. Dr. Chittenden,
famous dietician, states “Ingestion of excessive amounts of
proteins results in the formation of Uric Acid, which is
harmful to health. Many of the diseases troubling mankind
