Practical Suggestion
1. Take foods considering food combination to avoid
generation of toxins in
the body. Wrong combination will generate toxins in the
body.
2. Eat when hungry – very important.
3. Never eat when under physical / mental emotional
tension.
4. Do not eat too hot or cold foods.
5. Chew your food well. Rule – Drink solid, eat
liquid.
6. Do not drink water with meals.
7. Do not stuff the belly with foods. Stomach should
always remain slightly hungry.
8. Rest for a while after meals.
9 Never take foods while suffering from fever or any
other ailments. In these cases be never feel hungry. During
an illness, the secretion of digestive juices is greatly
reduced. As a result, the digestive processes are almost at
a standstill.
10. Fasting in a week is good take fruits or fruit
juices during fasting. |
