Ideal Daily Schedule
1. Early Morning
Lemon juice (of one lemon or half a lemon) in a glass of
water. People suffering from cold should take in warm water.
No sugar, Salt or honey needs to be added.
People suffering from acidity should avoid this preparation.
They can take plain one liter of water.
2. 8.30 to 9.30 in the morning. Fruits or fruit juice,
banana, dates, raisin, dry fruit etc.
3. LUNCH : 12.00 to 13.00 hrs (After 2 to 3
hrs) Half cup of uncooked leafy vegetables juice or a cup of
soup of such vegetables. Then follow by germinated pulse,
some raw vegetables. All must be masticated well. Conclude
with light cooked foods.
4. 16.00 to 17.00 hr. in afternoon (After 4 to 5 hrs).
Fruits or Fruit juice.
5. DINNER : Like Lunch. Here uncooked juice of
vegetables may be omitted.
NOTE :
Time need to be adjusted as per individual suitability. In
general there should be 4
to 5 hrs gap between lunch and afternoon timings. Lunch may
follow after 2 to 3
hrs after morning fruits timings. Digestion time should be
taken in view. |
