JUICE DIET

  • Well – chewed vegetables and fruits can supply all the necessary minerals and vitamins. It is not possible for many to eat enough raw vegetables and fruits. But it is quite easy to drink juice. Example: It will be difficult to each ten carrots but juice of ten carrots can be taken easily.

  • Vitamins in raw uncooked foods are very sensitive to the oxygen of air. The juices must be taken without delay, but sipped slowly so as to give saliva a chance to mix with them.

  • Canned or bottled juices are entirely worthless for health.

  • Prolonged juice diet is necessary for relief from chronic and dangerous diseases.

  • For keeping body and mind healthy and active, a combination of juice-diet with raw or cooked diet is desirable because it serves two purposes – health and satisfaction.
